Troy has been immersed in the world of boat maintenance and repair since he was a young child, growing up in the boat yard. Through years of hard work and dedication, he has honed his skills to match the esteemed reputation of his mentor, Doug. With over 15 years of experience as a marine technician, Troy has risen through the ranks to become co-owner of Everett Yacht Service. As the head of the department of hull integrity, he possesses the expertise to tackle a wide range of tasks, from complex full-scale paint jobs and structural repairs to intricate bright work and minor repairs. Troy is a reliable and versatile professional with a passion for ensuring the seaworthiness and aesthetic perfection of every vessel that comes in under his care.

Doug, a visionary and skilled entrepreneur, established Pacific Fiberglass in 1989 at the young age of 19. Since then, he has cultivated an impressive reputation within the marine industry. Doug has dedicated over 30 years to crafting vessels of unparalleled quality. Alongside his sons, who have acquired invaluable knowledge under his guidance, Doug now shares ownership of Everett Yacht Service and aims to further expand their esteemed reputation.

Shelley is a remarkable woman who has successfully managed the challenging role of raising three lively children. Despite the hurdles that come with parenting, she takes pride in being a resilient and supportive mother and wife. For over two decades, Shelley has been an asset to the Pacific Fiberglass team, serving as Doug's trusted right-hand woman. In the office, Shelley effortlessly takes charge, ensuring smooth operations by engaging with customers and keeping the inventory well-stocked. Her dedication and knowledge has landed her the head of the office position, where she now works alongside her two sons. With her expertise and unwavering commitment, Shelley continues to contribute significantly to the success of Pacific Fiberglass and Everett Yacht Service.
